Monitor 24-hour cough frequency with RESP®, a clinically-validated, award-winning biosensor developed to seamlessly monitor cough in daily life.
- Wireless and Handsfree: Unobtrusive form-factor that respects patient comfort and lifestyle
- Validated Reporting: Trained annotators identify cough events facilitated by machine learning
- Multi-Parameters: Collect detailed insights alongside cough including vitals*, lung sounds and sleep/wake*
*Measurement for investigational use only

How It Works
An end-to-end solution for cough monitoring
RESP® Biosensor
Patient adheres device to their chest and device continuously captures cough and lung sounds throughout the day and night
Strados™ Mobile App
Lung sound data collected by the device is transferred to a companion patient mobile app via Bluetooth
Strados™ Cloud
Cloud securely stores data where cough events are identified by professional annotators and/or validated machine learning algorithms
RESP® Biosensor Measurements
In addition to cough and lung sounds, onboard accelerometer allows for additional insight into breathing patterns and other quality-of-life parameters.

Validated Overread and Reporting
- Strados Labs’ trained and qualified annotation team identifies coughs captured by the RESP Biosensor.
- Machine learning algorithms* have been trained based on validated cough and lung sound events and performance tested to meet customer requirements.
- Algorithms* allow for compression of cough recordings for manual overread or can be used independently for subject screening and other applications.
**Machine learning algorithms not FDA-cleared
Visual spectrograms of lung sound events facilitate overread for trained specialists
