RESP® Watch
Strados Labs partners with best-in-class manufacturers to offer watch-based cough monitoring, complementing our biosensor to offer a comprehensive suite of device options across study designs and applications.
Uses the familiar form factor of a smartwatch. Patients know how to wear and charge it, improving compliance and data completeness.
Designed for single or multi-day continuous monitoring in daily life — capturing cough and physiological data passively across the full monitoring period.
Powered by our CoughCheck™ algorithm for accurate, automated cough detection. Machine learning algorithm is not FDA cleared but may be used for research.

RESP® Watch
Strados Intelligence Advantage
Cough analysis on the RESP® Watch is primarily performed by the CoughCheck™ machine learning algorithm — delivering scalable, objective cough detection across continuous, real-world recordings. All audio is retained on the platform, enabling ad hoc and optional human overread by trained Strados respiratory specialists when additional validation is required. This flexible approach maximizes accuracy while maintaining the efficiency needed for large-scale clinical trials.
