CEO & Cofounder
Nick Delmonico is the co-founder and CEO of Strados Labs and a lifelong asthma patient. Prior to Strados Labs, Nick worked in financial consulting at a Fortune 100 financial institution and in public accounting at a Big Four firm. He received his master's degree in Healthcare Management from Temple University's Fox School of Business.
Chief Product Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Cofounder
Richard Powers is the Chief Product Officer and cofounder of Strados Labs, where he leads product innovation and technical strategy. With over 25 years of experience in FDA-regulated medical device development, Richard has worked across Class III implantables, wearable sensors, and AI-driven respiratory diagnostics.
Chief Technology Officer
Jason Kroh serves as Chief Technology Officer of Strados Labs, where he leads technology design, development, and manufacturing. He brings more than 25 years of experience in senior R&D and executive roles at innovative medical device start-ups.
Chief Commercial Officer
Matt McCarty serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Strados Labs, where he leads sales, marketing, partnerships, and commercial strategy. He brings nearly 20 years of experience across life sciences and clinical trials, including leadership roles at global CROs and senior executive experience within the clinical trial endpoint market.
Senior Director, Clinical Trial Operations
Gunilla Lindgren, BSc serves as Senior Director of Clinical Trial Operations of Strados Labs, where she leads clinical operations and project management. She brings more than 30 years of experience in various roles within clinical trial R&D including senior roles in pharma and CRO.
Senior Director, Business Development
Shane Krauss is Senior Director of Business Development at Strados Labs, where he leads global commercial strategy and enterprise partnerships across life sciences. Since joining in 2021, he has built and scaled the company's commercial organization, driving international expansion and embedding the FDA-cleared RESP® biosensor into multi-country clinical programs.
Senior Director, Data Science
Dr. Tom deLaubenfels has worked for over 7 years in the space of remote patient monitoring and longitudinal physiological data analysis. He is responsible for directing technical R&D, studies, and publications advancing the field of remote longitudinal lung sound and physiological data monitoring.
Manager, Respiratory Overread
Rachel Hollatz is the Manager of Respiratory Overread at Strados Labs, leading a dedicated team of specialists who provide expert review and interpretation of lung sound data. She is a Registered Respiratory Therapist with over 15 years of experience working in health systems.
